Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer/ Designer, open to an exciting and rewarding career in Freeport Maine?  Candidates must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in HVAC Mechanical design for commercial buildings and work well an interactive, fast-paced team environment, learn and apply company and client specific design standards to project work. Our projects include multi-unit housing, schools, hotels, offices, courthouses, public safety facilities, etc.  Must have consulting engineering experience.

Skills & Experience needed:

Responsibilities will include site investigation, calculations, preparation of construction documents (including plans, specifications and budget estimates), and construction administration site visits.  Design experience with AutoCAD and/ or Microstation is required.  Experience with Revit experience is a plus.    Must be self-motivated and able to complete design projects with very little supervision.  Must have consulting engineering experience.

A registered PE, (Professional Engineer) is preferred but not required.

Our projects include multi-unit housing, schools, hotels, offices, courthouses, public safety facilities, etc.   Candidates should have current/ previous experience in consulting engineering for MEP and HVAC mechanical design including heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
