Our payroll process makes your life easier. After providing us the job function and hourly pay rate, we will provide an hourly quote tailored to each individual. Black-Peak takes care of all the details, from ensuring necessary employment paperwork is complete and on time to coordinating background checks and/or drug screens as needed, we have it covered.

The Process

You identify employee and determine pay rate

We handle all on-boarding, including background checks and drug screening (if required)

You designate employee’s start date set and we confirm all paperwork is complete

Your designated manager forwards employee’s time sheets to us

Payments and billing done weekly (you are billed only for hours worked, no additional fees)
