Pay: $20 up to $32 hourly + Overtime when applicable + employee benefits
*pay range noted is depending on skill set & level hired – I-II-III*
Seeking Service Technicians with hands on mechanical & electrical troubleshooting experience and the ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot band saw machinery .
Details & Qualifications:
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot band saw machinery.
- Must be able to read and understand Electrical and Mechanical drawing and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical troubleshooting
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Working knowledge of all precision / measuring tools / basic hand tools.
- PLC knowledge is a plus – will train
- Must be able to perform detailed inspections and/or option modifications on all machinery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting (max. 50lbs).
- Valid/ clean driver’s license required
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to travel – same day local travel and the occasional out of state overnight for field service with installation and training on customers onsite machinery
- Must speak English – Spanish is a plus
