We offer the highest priority candidate sourcing, as well as a dedicated team with industry specific experience. Our candidate sourcing efforts also include additional job promotion and spend budget, pre-employment background checks and drug testing included with each hire. Additional discounts may apply for multiple hires or exclusivity.
This option provides permanent, direct hire services for companies on a contingency basis. For searches where priority is minimal and exclusivity is less critical, our direct hire solution may be ideal. All positions offer a 90-day guarantee for replacement per our agreement. You will be requested to review and authorize the service agreement prior to our team commencing a search for candidates.
