Our candidate sourcing efforts also include additional job promotion and spend budget, pre-employment background checks and drug testing included with each hire. We also offer a 90-day guarantee for replacement per our agreement to back-fill any roles in which a new hire voluntarily leaves or is terminated. Additional discounts may apply for multiple hires or exclusivity. Retained Fee staffing requires a small retainer fee at the search onset, with the remainder of any staffing fee, contingent upon a new employee starting employment. The Retained Fee paid at onset is deducted off the final staffing fee due after the new hire is identified, hired and starts.
