Certified Elevator Technician

Locations:  Phoenix, AZ + Denver CO

Pay:  $50 – $55 hourly + all employee benefits

Day shift:   Monday- Friday 8am – 4:30pm

This position reports to the lead superintendent and will be responsible for a broad range of maintenance activities that are performed to keep sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment in our customer’s portfolio operating efficiently and effectively. The work is sometimes fast-paced and requires routine interaction with our customer base.

Individual must be a licensed and experienced Elevator Technician to perform elevator maintenance, service, and repairs. We require that you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an Elevator Technician
• Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or NEIEP card (Required).
• Perform assigned preventive maintenance inspections of equipment and systems as required.
• Utilize electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to repair damaged equipment.
• Utilize schematics and wiring diagrams to pinpoint any defective operation.
• Provide and suggest reliability-based equipment improvements.
• Utilize hand and power tools

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Strong attention to detail

• Clean and Valid Arizona Driver’s License / driving record.
• No physical limitations or concerns
• Good customer service skills
