Compensation: $32 up to $40 /hour + $2 night shift differential

Shifts:  Day shift / 7am -7pm    -or-    Night shift / 7pm -7am (rotating schedule)

• Week 1: ON Sun, Wed, Thur  +   OFF: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
• Week 2 : On Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat  + OFF:  Sun, Wed, Thur

In this role you will be required to perform tasks involved in the installation, maintenance, maintaining and repairing of hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical and electrical systems on all industrial and production machines, equipment.  Strong hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing setting
• Industrial / production machinery for plastics industry preferred but not required
• Strong hands on mechanical troubleshooting & repair experience on production machines
• Strong hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Good pneumatic systems troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and occasional overtime
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Must have your own basic hand tools
