Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary – $80K per year.
- Competitive sales commission program – unlimited NO CAP – paid quarterly

Description:
We are seeking a driven sales professional to help expand our Elevator Systems Maintenance, Repair and Modernization business in Phoenix. We specialize in the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and modernization of all elevator equipment types, serving commercial building owners and property managers. In this role, you will work independently to sell elevator maintenance, repair and modernization contracts and manage a sales quota within a designated sales territory in the Phoenix area.
Your primary focus will be:
- Utilizing phone and in-person prospecting skills to achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Developing and refining ongoing sales strategies through regular meetings with company ownership.
- Managing a home-based office while traveling to meet with clients throughout the region
Qualifications:
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years in sales or service for Elevator Maintenance Services (Required)
- Must have several years commercial elevator business experience
- Customer Service: 2 years of experience (Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean / Valid AZ driver’s license & driving record as well as reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service & phone skills
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time
