While employed in the staffing business for a couple decades there are few very important things I’ve learned. One of them in particular is by connecting with new customers through offering great service and providing incentive to existing customers and candidates alike to make a referral for Staffing & Recruiting Services. This creates a win-win opportunity and has led to many new and long lasting connections.
The point of this topic is if you have first-hand knowledge of an employer’s hiring needs, share the contact and make some easy cash with a referral.
